Windows 10: Automatic repair loop nothing will work for repair

So i force shut down my gaming pc because when i tabbed out of my game everything was like a white screen. I boot back up and i get stuck in a loop of “automatic repair wont work”. Ive tried several of the advanced options and nothing is helping. I cannot run chkdsk, dism, sfc, nothing. I keep getting the stop code 0xc000021a when i try to return to the windows recovery environment and then my pc will try to restart itself. When it boots up i get no picture on my monitor and it just doesnt show me anything. I also tried to reset the pc and remove all files and it still wont let me do that eit

Here are the steps I generally recommend to fix automatic repair boot loops:

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
