  1. Automatic Repair Loop with Restrictive external support

    Hi,

I'm in a really tight spot at the moment with very limited help from others and not even access to another working pc because of the pandemic and this is very serious because it would affect my life badly if I can't get my pc accessed to the internet again. So after the latest win10 update about 7 days ago my laptop kept getting automatic recovery state from time to time which I could remedy with recovery point but 2 days ago it got booted in automatic repair loop again but this time even after I re installed from recovery save point it still not working. I tried all the options available WinRE already but no other access beside cmd so I used it to figure out some problems but it couldn't detect anything wrong with my hardware which is only 26 months old. My laptop came with pre installed win10. I read through srttrail as well and it had 2 errors 0x32 and 0x57 which is named problems with some configurations. Also, I have nvidia geforce driver installed which seems to be the cause for many others which can attempt clean install but I don't think that option is available for me. Also, windows reset not working as well even after 80% through it just undo changes and go back.

    :)

  2. Automatic Repair Loop

    Hi Charlene,

Your concern regarding the device going into an Automatic Repair Loop can be caused by change on its settings/configuration or broken system files. To effectively assist you with your concern, can confirm if you've made any changes on your device prior to
    your concern?

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
    • Select Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Select Startup Repair.

We'll appreciate if you can send us an update.
