  1. Automatic repair not working on desk top PC following moving home

I have just moved home before which my Acer desktop PC was working perfectly. I switched my provider from Virgin Media to Sky. When I now switch on my desktop PC the Automatic Tepaif message appears. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing happens. I cannot get out of Automatic Repair screen. I can still connect normally on my Samsung tablet so the issue must be purely my PC connection. What can I do to get it working again please.

    :)
