  1. Automatic repair, says wrong password and cant open cd

Hello I have a problem with my computer, it started when Windows wanted to install some uppdate, but the screen froze and after a time it just **** down the whole computer. So i tried to start it again and then it went into automatic repair mode. When i go to uninstall latest uppdate and try to log in to do it, I put in my password, i know it is the right because i see it is the same as i put in to login to the same account on my phone. So it is not typed wrong or just the wrong password. It is the same for all other options where you have to log in. I saw that there is a built in admin account

    :)

  2. Not restarting properly, Auto Repair, saying Password is wrong

Started having issues with my laptop yesterday. It took me to the automatic repair window claiming it couldn't restart properly, I've checked all the advanced options, letting the batter run down and whatnot. When I try start up repair or system restore it asks for password and keeps saying it's incorrect. I've even changed my password to make sure it's right but its still coming up with wrong password.

Please help, I desperately need my laptop for work. Been waiting in support queue for over an hour.

  3. CD-Rs won't open.

The CD-Rs are anything from 5 to 8 years old. I stopped using XP in 2011. But as I said, these discs would open on the Windows 7 computer without hassle. I also mentioned in my post that no, I haven't been able to try opening them on another system. Everyone
I know seems to have tablet PCs nowadays or Macs. I'll try the other suggestions anyway and report back. Thanks for the advice.
