Windows 10: Automatic Repair Screen Huawei Matebook D15

Hi, after starting a Windows Update my laptop shut down to then start again but showing a blue screen saying “choose your keyboard layout”.Then “choose an option”. I’ve tried everything from Startup Repair to System Restore, and even typing commands but it doesn’t solve the problem. It did say it found a problem but couldn’t access it because it was “written” or something. I‘ve also tried to uninstall the latest updates but to no avail.
