Windows 10: Automatic Repair Without a Password

My Windows 10 pc is crashing on boot and I only have access to the "Automatic Repair" option. This problem started after downloading and installing what I believe is a wrong version of the HASP driver. Therefore, I know I need to get to the Command Prompt to -purge the driver or Reset the PC? I'm not sure if that removes drivers. My issue is that the computer only has a local account without a password, so there nothing I can put when prompted after choosing an option like Command Prompt or System Restore. Is there a way around this issue? Would software like Passper WinSenior or PcUnlocker
