Windows 10: Automatic sleep timer issue on Lenovo Thinkbook 14

My Lenovo Thinkbook 14 IIL 20SL laptop has a problem with the sleep timer when it's charging. It can't sleep automatically when charging, but I already set the sleep timer 30 minutes. However it can sleep normally when I put my laptop to sleep manually using the power menu in windows start menu. The problem is that my laptop can't sleep automatically only when charging. It just turns off the screen but it didn't put the laptop to sleep. It doesn't follow my power plan settings when charging. I tried repair install windows 10 and it works after a few days the problem appeared again. Even troubl

My Lenovo Thinkbook 14 IIL-20SL can't sleep automatically only when plugged in. It can only sleep automatically if unplugged. Before my laptop can sleep automatically anytime even when plugged in. To make the laptop sleep when plugged in, I have to sleep the laptop manually by going to power then click sleep. How to make this laptop sleep automatically again when plugged in? Please help me with this problem, my laptop already set the sleep time for 30 minutes when plugged in but it still can't sleep automatically please help.
