  1. Automatic Windows restart despite gpedit set to 'no auto-restart with logged on users'

Version: Windows 10 Pro NAs the title says, my Windows device is configured by the Group Policy Editor to *not* restart automatically, yet Windows Update is forcing my device to do so anyway. This is problematic, as I let tasks such as virus scans and HDD defragging run overnight, prior to restarting, and I absolutely do not want to wake up to find these tasks interrupted, because Windows decided to restart despite explicitly being setup to not do so.Why is Windows Update forcing a restart despite not being allowed to, and how can I fix this?

    :)

I know everyone is so busy here so I'm suggesting an auto restart script so trivia is a benefit instead of a burden. Can anyone make this script?

Automatic Windows restart despite gpedit set to 'no auto-restart with logged on users'

    Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
