Windows 10: Automatically check File History status?

I've recently enabled File History on 8 different machines. They all backup to the same network drive, and they're all set to run on a daily basis.File History does run on a daily basis for most of these machines, but there are about three of them that do not run daily. One hasn't run in over a month no errors in Event Log, so I'm still working on figuring this one out, one runs every 6 - 11 days, and the last one runs every 2 - 3 days. The other five are backed up daily without any noticeable issues.My question here is, is there a way to automate or centrally check the File History status?

File History does not backup automatically

Thank you for writing us back.

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key+I.
  
• 
  Click on Update and security.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on backup and select on under automatically back up my files.
  
• 
  Click on more option under on button.
  
• 
  Select every hour (default) under back up my files.
  
• 
  Select forever (default) under keep my files.

File History on/off status issues

Hi,

1. Are you able to access your missing Email files on Web mail?
   
2. Which drive was selected to set up your back up on file history?
   
   
   

Probably the files might have been deleted when you perform the cleanup operation.

However, you may try the suggested steps to recover files from file History.
