  1. automatically navigating, and cannot access anykeys in settings

so whenever I try to select anything in Windows, it is just not working, a white border appears across options and it navigates itself. I cannot even scroll. this is happening everywhere like the Windows search, taskbar, etc.... when I try to scroll up, it automatically goes up. The navigation you see here Is not done by me, but it is being done automatically. I have attached a video on my issueYouTube video of my issue

    :)

    Vista Automatic Updating Error

    Resolution Suggestion:

    # To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

    4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

    6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

    7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Removing Quick access from the Navigation

You'll need to do both for 64-bit Windows to completely remove Quick access from the navigation pane when you open File Explorer, and the locations mentioned in the note box under step 10.
