  2. Integrated camera randomly switches to PC camera & Stops working.

    Sorry for the late reply.

I suggest that you uninstall the Integrated Camera driver.

Open Device Manager > Cameras > right-click Integrated Camera > click Uninstall device > click Uninstall > Restart the PC, Windows will reinstall the driver automatically.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

  3. Integrated Camera does not display color

Hi KBrownUNF, thank you for reaching out to us. My name is Jayson, an Independent Advisor for Microsoft Community and a user just like you. I'll be glad to assist you.

I understand that you have issue with your integrated laptop camera in greyscale. Might I suggest that you check this link, it is having a different issue with yours but the procedure to fix is just the same. I suggest you follow the steps listed.

Also if this is the first time that you are using the webcam, can you check maybe there is a sticker/plastic in front of the camera.

Let me know if this works and I'll be happy to help you to fix this.

    integrated camera not working

My integrated webcam for my Lenovo laptop is not working now. Was working last month. I have gone through all troubleshooting and uninstalled and reinstalled driver. Still no help. Anyone having this issue or have a suggestion? No external switch to turn on and off camera and camera light turns on but nothing.
