Autopilot.dll WIL error resulting in frequent crashes and reboots on W11

Hello,I have observed that my fairly recent computer HP Omen 45L regularly reboots. It has the latest W11 updates...The event reports is flashing errors as per the attached screenshot in French. There seems to be a 'autopilot.dll WIL error' fix in disabling the Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant Service, however having tried this, this is then forbidding my access to MS365..., hence not suitable.Do you have any tip how I may fix this ?Best regards, Philippe

    :)

    Autopilot/LTSC

Hi Mat, I have no idea what LTSC means? Anyhow, have a look at this article: Overview of Windows Autopilot | Microsoft Docs

PS: Windows Autopilot documentation | Microsoft Docs

PPS: I now know what LTSC means. 'Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC)'

Enrolling Windows Modern Devices using Autopilot and Azure Join (soti.net) "The following Microsoft Windows 10 editions are supported for Windows Autopilot:

    • Windows 10 Pro
    • Windows 10 Pro Education
    • Windows 10 Pro for Workstations
    • Windows 10 Enterprise
    • Windows 10 Education
    • Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC"

    Thanks, axe0

How do I explain what steps I took... I ran dm_log_collector.exe but not sure how results were actually acquired/interpreted.

I need to be able to explain steps I took and steps taken to reproduce.

    Attachment 162250

    thanks, in advance!

Autopilot.dll WIL error resulting in frequent crashes and reboots on W11

search/explorer crashing. event log shows dll errors. disc imaging?

something is strange this time. i did practically all of the steps, but windows explorer is not crashing. i am getting the error that windows explorer is not working, no negative results with checkdisk.

Ran troubleshooter prior to searching and it restarted explorer first before opening. First search did not crash with external drive this time. Second one did. Explorer always crashes with external drive search, while internal drives don’t. But error is likely constantly there.

    I am attaching screen shots.

Also, I don't have a terabyte external drive, but I am wondering if I can just backup the size that is taken up?

Alternate profile shows some of these such as "reducedspeed" and the one that is just "IMG" and a number. It showed the error, and i used the fix. i have not had it crash explorer on the external drive after this, nor internal drive. You might be able to see that it showed the error that windows explorer was not working. I have seen that it was showing it not working after that as well in the troubleshooting, but not in the search/explorer.
By the way, in the separate issue, i could not type at login for the separate account when it asked to create a pin, but i could login by skipping the pin.
