Windows 10: Autorepair password incorrect

    Autorepair password incorrect


    Hi my pc went into autorepair mode the other day asking for Bitlocker password. I managed to to solve that issue but it still is always in autorepair no matter what I do, however this time when is save mode what ever I press, be it command prompt, uninstall, reboot it just asks me to select an account I only have one account and then asks me to input the password and it always says the password is incorrect. I have tried changing Microsoft password but of course, it says it is incorrect.I don't want to install new windows as I am going to lose all 8 years of documents save on my laptop.I rea

    The Password is Incorrect

    I have tried login in to my computer on Windows 10 but it shows password is incorrect. I have followed the steps indicated but it is still showing that the password is incorrect. Please advise.

    How do I get out of safe mode so I can reset my settings?

    1. Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
    2. Type msconfig and press Enter.
    3. In the window, click on Boot tab.
    4. uncheck Safe boot, click on Apply and Ok. Restart
    Not sure why it started in Safe mode. May have been out of sync with your phone from prev incorrect password. See if restart fixes. At least, you know what your universal MS password is. *Wink
