Windows 10: Autorun.dll is missing or corrupt.

Dear Microsoft, My pc has to restart occasionally due to errors. Of course I don't really know what is causing these errors. One is a System Service Exception and another is Kmode exception not handled. My main goal is to re-install Windows 10. However, I cannot do so because my usb stick of Windows 10 is not starting. I may get an error that says Autorun.dll is missing or corrupt.


I want you to know that I have run System File Checker and the three DISM's and each one is clean. I understand that Autorun.dll is part of Windows OS. Autorun.dll is nowhere to be found. System32 does not have Autorun.dll and my Registry does not scan for the file. According to that what I have done then it should have fixed the missing or corrupted file after running System File Checker. Does anyone know of what I can do next if anything? Thank you.

When attempting these updates: 1) 2017-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4022715)

2) Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 for Windows 10 Version 1607 and Windows Server 2016 for x64 (KB3186568), I get a message saying they cannot be installed; Autorun. dll is missing or corrupt...... How do I fix this? I tried sfc /scannow under the command
prompt but it says "windows resource protection could not start the repair service".
