Windows 10: Autorun.inf file stopping me from downloading windows

I am currently trying to download windows 11 to my usb, it says that I should make sure the usb drive is empty before download, however I can not delete the autorun.inf file that I got on my usb when downloading windows 10. Windows download is stuck on 0%

USB Autorun

Hi Guys!
I have created a Java program and build it into a JAR file. What I want is to autorun this Jar file. I already created an autorun.inf file but still no good. My code goes like this..

[autorun]
open=myjava.jar
action=Run myjava Program
icon=myjava.jar
label=theis

**I already copied my inf file in my USB and I also copied myjava.jar file but there's no good.

autoruns

When I do autoruns on windows 10, I type this

[autorun]

open=filename.fileextension

label=blah

icon=lol.ico

I save as .inf and when I plug the USB in it changes the icon and changes the drive name but does not open the file. The file is also in the root folder so why?

If you want to disable autorun/autoplay from registry, follow the steps provided below:

• Type regedit in the search box and press Enter.

• If you want to return AutoRun functionality, just delete the NoDriveTypeAutorun DWORD value.
