I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Press Windows + X and select Device manager.
• Look for Network adaptor and double click on it.
• Check if you get any X mark or ! mark if yes click on it and follow onscreen instructions.

• Click on Troubleshooting and click on

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
