Why my computer not completing the updates when I install the 64 GB extra storage to complete the updates?


I have inserted the extra drive in my computer to allow the update and it keeps telling me to clear space from the C: drive I have removed as many items possible from the C: drive and its still not storing on the extra 64 GB.

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
