Windows 10: Avoiding 2004 upgrade

    I've upgraded several of my machines to 2004. Unfortunately that's killing my 15 yo canon inkjet. It's still working great as a printer but the scanner doesn't work as soon as I upgrade. Perhaps understandable and I'd buy a new one except that I've got a ton of ink and the printer driver is still good.

    So I'd like to keep my HP laptop on 1909 and run out the printer's life. I'm happy to install 1909 updates but would like to not install 2004. Is MS going to eventually force an install (updates are not auto installed now)? Or would my best option be to install WAU Manager as described in Shawn's tutorial the best method

    Problem with 2004 IS0

    It does help if you read the replies *Wink I mentioned the 4GB Fat32 limit in post #6

    As for getting MCT to run on your machines, I showed in post #6 a screenshot of it running on mine.

    In post #18 I suggested troubleshooting steps to get the MCT to run, and if that failed a way to split up an install.wim that's larger than 4GB.

    Broken Jump Lists after upgrading to 2004

    Hi, I am suddenly facing issues with the Jump Lists after upgrading to version 2004. For some reason, when I try to access recent files (that have not been moved), Windows thinks that the file is not there. This happens randomly to some files. I've attached an example of such an issue with using the Jump Lists for Notepad++. Anyone know a solution to this?
