    Awareness Makes the Difference

I worked remotely on a friend's machine the past couple of days. It was a mess... way out of date in several areas & had unnecessary 3rd party stuff in it. Anyway, I made it all good AND did heaps of Show & Tell with her.

Prior to this she had a really poor attitude towards Win10... and, actually, a poor understanding of it. BUT, after all I did & all I explained, her perception & attitude changed 180° to the good. NOW, she is enjoying her OS and to countless things is saying, "Oh, wow, that's so cool"

Awareness makes such a difference in one's computing experience and view of that experience. Read Tips, poke around at stuff & discover what all your OS offers, what you can do with it. Knowledge, being informed, education begets empowerment. You have a brilliant, powerful, very capable, very safe OS. Be curious & you will likely be impressed, same as my friend.

    Cheers,
    Drew

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
