Windows 10: AWSALB sticky session is not work due to Microsoft Edge update.

There is some cases that the AWS ALB sticky session did not work due to the MicrosoftEdge update. There is no problem with the cookies for service login, but only the AWSALB cookie is not sent normally.

[COLOR=rgba60, 64, 67, 1]I'm not sure that the cause is Edge, but I think Edge is suspicious because it works fine after resetting the settings in the browser where the problem occurred.[/COLOR]

Win 10 v1709 update and missing Sticky Notes

Hi,

There is a possibility that the Sticky Notes were unexpectedly deleted on your desktop due to some errors while the update is being installed. For us to provide an accurate solution, we would need to know which build and edition of Windows 10 is currently
installed on your PC.

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest recovering the lost Sticky Notes by following these steps:

• Open the File Explorer.
• Type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt in the address bar and then hit the Enter key.
• Look for StickyNotes.snt file and then open it with Notepad or Microsoft Word.
  
• Look for the missing notes in .snt file, copy and paste it into a new Sticky Notes.

To avoid issues with missing Sticky Notes, it will be best to back them up. You can follow the steps provided by
Jennifer Bri in this thread. It serves as a guide on how to back up and restore
Sticky notes in Windows 10.

Microsoft Edge - Broken after Creators update

Hi Jerry,

This issue may have occurred due to compatibility conflict on your Microsoft Edge. To correct this, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Edge. Kindly follow the steps below:

Reset Microsoft Edge Through PowerShell

• On the Search bar, type in Windows Powershell and select the top most result.
• On the Windows Powershell window, copy and paste the following command and press
  Enter.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
