Windows 10: AX211 WIFI Connection issues - Full Signal Strength, No Internet until Reboot

Hello All,I have been battling the Wifi Network Card in my laptop for weeks now, and am not sure how to proceed forward. I'll put the full specs below, but the summary is the following: I am running a Dell XPS15 9520 Brand New - Only a few weeks old and am having constant issues with my Network Card Intel AX211. Previously it kept causing Bugcheck crash/shutdown every few weeks, but I was able to resolve that through the assistance of an advisor here DaveM121 via some crash dump report troubleshooting. Updated BIOS, Updated Network Card Drivers, and Updated Windows Wifi Drivers Laptop

problem in checking signal strength of wifi

I have Lumia 710, when i connect my phone through WIFI, it shows an WiFi connectivity icon on top, which is always full. but sometimes due to low signal unable to access the internet, but that time also, WiFi icon shows full strength, while if i go in WiFi
setting, there it shows the real signal which notifies too low.

so how can i see the signal strength on my home screen as other phone displays, without going in WiFi setting?

It is very painful to go in the wifi setting just to examine the signal strength.

When the router was installed, it was checked and the best place was selected. All the issue appeared very recently.

 

Incorrect WiFi signal strength

I meant the way Windows shows my signal strength incorrectly in the taskbar. If you refer to the image, you can see that the WiFi network (eduroam) I'm connected to shows full strength in the taskbar notification. However, the actual strength is represented
when I get a detailed view on the WiFi networks. My other devices show the signal strength correctly. It is only my Windows PC that shows the strength incorrectly
