Windows 10: Ayudame,

quiero restablecer mi sistema pero el boton de configuracion no funciona, y cuando intento el metodo de inicio avanzado me sale el error de Sacdvr.sys y no se que hacerme sale error 0xc000000098y ademas me dice que el archivo Sacdvr.sys esta faltante o dañado

Me gustaría insertar la clave de producto de Windows 10 pro pero me da el siguiente error: "0xc004f050", luego probé con la clave genérica de Windows Pro "VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T" pero me trae el siguiente error
"0x803fa067 "

lo tengo activado con un programa kmspico ... por favor ayudame¡¡¡

Windows 10 : how to run a program or search for a file from the windows icon on the left bottom of the screen?

I'm new in windows 10. In windows 7, I used to "search" for a file or "run" a program by clikking the "window" at the left bottom of the screen. it opened a field where I could write my keywords. This field does not appear anymore in Windows 10 and I've
been told to just write anywhere on the screen. When I do so, the system goes directly to the bing browser (that is not my preferred browser btw) but does not allows me to "run" any program. What should I do? I recently called the Helpdesk to help me with
an issue, they asked me to run ayudame to allow them to see my screen ... and I couldn't! The system drove me to the bing browser searching for ayudame !!!Who can help me to understand how to proceed now with Windows 10? Thanks
