Windows 10: AZ-900 Exam Email Verification

I purchased a voucher for the AZ-900 Exam along with the practice test and have not received an email for either one. I did receive an email saying that my card was charged so I know that I paid for it. I looked in my profile to see if I had anything about it in there but I do not. It's like as soon as I purchased the product, I was kicked back to the main page and not given any indication that I had even purchased it other than my card being charged. Also, there isn't a drop down option for exams so I just put windows.

Not received mail after completing AZ 900 exam

I have completed AZ 900 exam and could see passing score and message on screen after my exam but I have not received passing mail nor I could see in dashboard . Please help me with at an earliest

 

passed AZ-900 exam on 1st November but never received the certificate

I passed AZ-900 exam on 1st November 2021 but did not receive the certificate. It does not show online.

AZ - 900 Exam Issues

Hello Microsoft Staff.

I had scheduled a AZ - 900 Exam via PearsonVue Home.

I have had several issues with the pearsonvue exam application.

The first being I could not connect with their video streaming service for 45 minutes straight, multiple attempts.

Their customer support was non-responsive via chat, I had been on the phone with their customer support for a good 30 minutes waiting in the que..

After 20x failed attemps of re-running the system test, It suddenly connected, the next issue was the poor quality app for making photos of the testing space..

After finally completing that, I got a message from my proctor saying he was about to release my exam in 2 minutes and he wished me goodluck.

after a few minutes of waiting the whole system shuts down, and the exam had been completed even before it started..

In the pearsonvue portal it said the check in period for this examen was now closed.

I tried contacting pearsonvue again via telephone and it said we're having difficulties and disconnected the phone call.

So my question now is: What now?
