Azure AD account login option disappears from system after Windows update

Some of our clients are joined to Azure AD on their laptops running Windows 10 using Single Sign-On.

Settings > User Accounts > Work or School Account > Connect > Join to Azure AD directory instead > Office 365 email address

Azure AD sign-in on their laptops was running fine unless they ran windows update on their system and restarted their system. The Azure AD account disappeared completely from their sign-in option on the laptop. We had to use the local account backup account to sign in to their laptop, restore Windows to a previous build in order to fix the issue.

    Thoughts?

    :)

  2. Unable to disconnect from Azure AD after account login issues

Been having an issue with one of our systems that is Azure AD joined, we seem to be experiencing the issue with accounts claiming that the password is incorrect. We are running and Insider Preview build (18346.19h1) on this system, so know to expect a couple
of issues, but wanted to get others thoughts on it before we reload the system.

    Steps taken so far are:

    • try other Azure Users, same error
    • create and login with a local account
    • disconnect and reconnect to Azure AD
One of the issues being that we cannot disconnect the system. The disconnect button warns of the consequences, then proceeds to do nothing.

Any other troubleshooting steps to try or is it time to wipe and reload?

Azure AD account login option disappears from system after Windows update

Office 365/Azure AD login to Windows 10-account doesn't persist across signouts/restarts

I've setup Windows 10 by joining it to an Azure AD/Office 365 account and signed into Windows 10 with the Azure AD/O365 account. The problem is when an additional account is added to the machine (a Microsoft Account/Live/Consumer), the Azure AD/Office 365
user account doesn't show on the lockscreen. The accounts tied to a Microsoft Account Consumer ID are listed, but the Azure AD user account can only be logged into by clicking "Other User" and typing the full email and password. It remains on the lock screen
until the user signs out or restarts the machine.

My employees hate typing their full work email and password in every time they sign into their machine and I want them to be able to use their PIN/Windows Hello to login to Windows 10. What can I do?
