Windows 10: Azure file share right cloud users only

I use Azure for testing Azure Virtual Desktop.I have Azure AD and Azure ADDS synchronized.I want to create network drive file share with permissions for my users.I have created file share and set RBAC reader, contributor on ym user's group.I have mapped the network drives with the scripts given on azure portal.But all my users have full access everywhere. I don't understand why,, and i cannot find my users in ntfs properties of folders and files in the file shares.please help me.

The correct way to mount an Azure Windows Share

Here is my goal:

I'd like to have an Azure Windows Share folder that I can mount both in my Windows Azure VM and on my Local Computer.

I'd like to be able to read and write to files in this share from both the Azure VM and my Local Computer

I am not necessarily trying to use a VPN

Here is my starting point:

I have a Windows Azure account

I have used the PowerShell scripts to create a Windows Azure VM (With Windows Server 2016 DataCenter)

I have logged into my Azure VM

I have created a Storage Account (with an Account Key) in my Azure Portal

I have attempted to follow the instructions in this article: Mount SMB Azure file share on Windows | Microsoft Docs

Here is my problem:

I am confused on when it says to open Port 445. Port 445 appears to be open on the VM, but the share should be separate from the VM, correct? Where then am I supposed to open port 445? Is there a different machine that I should be accessing via PowerShell
commands?

Also, is there another way to accomplish my goal (see "Here is my goal" section above") given where I am starting from?

Windows 10 and Azure Active Directory: Embracing the Cloud

When we talked about new Windows 10 manageability choices back in November, we announced new capabilities that will enable Windows 10 to leverage Azure Active Directory. Since these capabilities are now starting to appear in the Windows 10 preview builds, this is a great time to explore them in more detail.

When talking about Windows 10 and Azure Active Directory, it’s important to understand that there are a few different scenarios that organizations may use:

Users will be able to join their work Windows 10 devices directly to Azure Active Directory and sign into Windows using their Azure Active Directory account and password – while still having single sign-on access to Office 365 and to on-premises services that leverage Active Directory authentication. The devices can be automatically enrolled into a mobile device management (MDM) service at the same time.

Users will be able to add their work account to their personal (BYOD) Windows 10 devices, establishing a link between Windows and their work account managed in Azure Active Directory, which will provide single sign-on access to the organization’s services. The devices may also be automatically enrolled in mobile device management (MDM).

Traditional PC devices, joined to an existing Active Directory domain, will have single sign-on access to cloud-based services like Office 365, the Windows Store, or any other Azure Active Directory-aware application. Windows 10 understands that the Active Directory account is associated with a synchronized Azure Active Directory account. (Device management continues to be provided using Active Directory Group Policy and System Center Configuration Manager.)

These scenarios provide organizations a great deal of flexibility – choose the scenario that makes the most sense for each device.

Since most organizations already use Active Directory, the logical next step for exploring Windows 10’s Azure Active Directory support is to set up directory integration between Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Cannot access shared network drive

If this helps.
step 1 create non-microsoft account and without email and address without admin rights
step 2 share a drive or folder to specific user account (if Everyone is listed, remove it)
step 3 set security > add Authenticated Users (if more than 1 account) or add specific users
step 3a remove Everyone from list
step 3b uncheck full control and write for all items listed except SYSTEM and Admin account.
step 4 right click Start > Computer Management > System Tools > Shared Folders > Shares ... to verify settings and change anything else. You can also see the number of connections to each share here.

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!
