Windows 10: Azure Fundamental exam cancellation/rescheduling

Hi, I cannot seem to be able to reschedule the Azure 900 exam from the link on this email- could I be given an alternative or just reschedule it since I am not able to do it this Friday, please? I participated on Friday on the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Training Day and I didn't got any invitation or code to do the free exam. How am I supposed to register for the exam for free?

i took my azure fundamental certification exam via pearson vue on the 28/02/2023 and passed. Unfortunately i have been unable to see my certificate in my profile on microsoft learn. pls kindly assist me. certificate id is 994613432
