Windows 10: B1initializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001 SSD not seen.

HP Laptop- 17-by4059cl I was working to try and revive a damaged external drive.I was using the program "HDD Regenerator" To work with the damaged drive.Both the damaged drive and my Laptop drive showed in the program.While working in the program I was offered to "Update Hdd Bios" and selected it.My problem is that during the process and unknown to me the damaged hdd stopped responding and the program reverted repairs to my main hard drive in the laptop.It changed my SSD drive and now it's locked and not seen at a "C" prompt.I now get error: B1initializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001In bios the la

How do I fix B1InitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb

I have a problem with my HP Laptop with it saying “B1InitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb” and I’m wondering how to get rid/fix it, without any difficult steps (transporting & opening up laptop).

Windows Install fails with 0xc0000001. Any ideas?

I installed a Samsung 860 EVO SSD on a Pavillion p7-1414 with a failed hard drive. Then I downloaded the Windows Media Creation Tool and made a bootable flash drive. But when the PC boots, it fails to prompt me to install Windows and shows 0xc0000001.
Any ideas?
