Windows 10: B450M DS3H Cannot Install Windows 10

I have put together the following build recently:

All was well with the build from what I can tell. I can boot from various live Linux distros without a problem.

I am attempting to install windows 10 from a USB 2 stick (generic 16 GB sandisk) and am able to successfully enter installation. However, I get the dreaded media driver is missing error.

I am able to successfully see my sata ssd in bios. I am also able to mount it using diskpart from within win10 setup by using the command line (shift f10) and can navigate to it as well.

I have also tried using my usb DVD drive and used the driver disc that the motherboard shipped with and tried all drivers I could as well.

Of note I used Linux Lite to create the install media by using disk image writer after downloading the win10 home 64 bit iso direct from Microsoft. I have downloaded it once again to try to make sure the iso was not corrupted.

Also of note I have bios set to uefi boot and have tried legacy mode as well. I also even tried to switch usb ports while in win10 setup as well as only using the usb 2.0 ports as well.

I have exhausted all possible approaches. I do not have a windows pc of which to utilize the ms media creation tool either.

I hope this gives enough insight into my current predicament. I am about to tear my hair out on this!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
