    I currently have a gigabyte aourus B550 Elite V2 and I am swapping it for a gigabyte X570 Extreme motherboard Will i need to reinstall Windows or any types of drivesMy CPU and GPU and RAM will be staying the sameAMD Ryzen 5 5700XNvidia GeForce 407032GB ram x4

    High end B550 or Standard X570?

    It also naturally depends on the budget available. There is typically a difference in price between the B550's and X570's.

    I've just been through the same decision making and purchased an Asus Strix X570-E Gaming mainboard. I'm going to get a x5900x Ryzen when they're available in my country again (should be soon).

    The other key decision is what is the primary uses for the new pc. I am not a gamer so my needs are different.

    As the title suggests he does 'ramble' but his rambling's are well informed!. But the good news is the there are links to each board he reviews so the viewer doesn't have to watch the whole 2 hours plus video.
