Back to my trashy church basement PC

So, thank you to the guy who helped me with the XP PC, i finally got it booted after switching the CMOS battery. But now I have run into my issue. I ran BIOS diagnostics, and it said "oh yeah everything is fine bro calm down" but meanwhile I can still see the disk test running, so maybe its that? It asked me to run the windows repair, which it concluded, the only solution was to run the windows repair. I can't like, actually run windows. It says the OS starts up perfectly fine, but then after that goes off the rails? I'll let you guys decide. [Images:]

Setting up a live stream for church

Thanks for the suggestion but I have no problem with the streaming using YouTube and church web site. The problem is that my PC on test site sees camera, but the laptop won't and insists on using its built in camera. I need to use an external one.
The basic question is why can't I select the camera to use on the laptop. I can when connected to my PC.

    PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

After Windows Update write rate in the basement?: Hello, I installed the latest Windows Update a good week ago. At first it seemed strange to me that writing on an SD card was slow, but I thought it was because the SD card is already 3-4 years old. Need advice keeping Windows Updater in the basement: So, long story short, Windows 10 has dropped to malware status as far as I'm concerned, I've struggled with stopping it for months to almost no avail.
