    Hi,

    I test WIndows 10 on my Lumia 1320 but now I want to return to WP 8.1. I try the windows solution, by using Windows Recovery Tool. But the software offer me only to reinstall the same version I already have...

    How I can return to WP8.1 ?

    My Microsoft 535 battery used to last 2 to 3 days on 8.1, on 10 it doesn't last a day and I have disabled almost everything that runs in the background. Also, when updating to 10 it has taken away the "restore to factory settings" I do not recall being warned
    about this, it's abysmal. There are also apps that you cannot uninstall and a lot of privacy issues. It's like they just don't listen.

    Anyway, I have updated to the official windows 10 update and for the above reasons I want to go back to windows 8.1. When I do how will I ensure that it is activated properly.

    I have a Lumia 635 so I don't know if this relates to your phone or not. Go to Settings > About > More Info > Reset Your Phone
