Windows 10: Back up pc windows 11 failed

Hi,I have Windows 11 Home and I want to backup my drives's PC. I have read the steps in the internet how to make a full backup of my system, but at the end, it fails Note: I can not choose which drives should be backed up. After pressing "start backup", it ran shortly processing it and picture 2 emerged. How to solve this issue ?

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows 11 Update Failing

I have done all of the steps listed here and the KB5023706 still fails. I only recently ended up doing a complete repair (to get out of the Insider program that I entered by mistake). I have Windows 11 Pro installed - so if I download the ISO file will it recognize that this is windows 11 pro?

 

Windows 11 fails to install.

Windows update says my pc will not support windows 11. My processor is 11thgen intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40 Ghz 384 Mhz. I have 8 Gb ram. My processor is on the windows11 supported list. PC health check says my pc will support windows 11. I tried the windows 11 install assistant and it seems to be working but then it fails saying my processor needs to be 1.0 Ghz or greater. My pc is less than 2 years old. It is a Dell Inspiron 7700 AIO. I am running the latest version of Windoww 10. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
