Windows 10: Back up

Discus and support Back up in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; just ran a back-up, and when it finished, message in box "Back -up application could not start due to an internal error.     Back up


    just ran a back-up, and when it finished, message in box "Back -up application could not start due to an internal error. Windows B/Up is currently busy doing a B/Up, restore, or deletion.Wait and close other application. Error 0x810000F7"When I checked security and maintenance program, I found 2 Windows update being installed at same time.I am guessing this was the problem, and no further need to worry.I checked VSS and Windows B/Up, properties and dependencies, and all running.
