Windows 10: Back Up

I have a WD SSD My Cloud Home Back Up SSD. In theory everything is set up for it to operate 'automatically'.I have set up weekly automatic back ups for both my PC and phone. The Phone Back up is driven by a WD bespoke software/app. The back up for the PC is driven by Win 10/Settings/Privacy,Security,Back up.The back up process for the phone is working perfectly but it's clear that the back up from the PC hasn't operated at all since the initial set up. I can access all the Files and Folders of all the documents and photos that I copied across from the PC when the SSD was installed but it's c
