Windows 10: Background change and sync not avalable

Hi,I have a PC that I have been using for years and a laptop that was on the same account which I stopped using a year ago but recently I it wiped and signed into the same account again when I restarted it fresh. The wallpaper has changed to default on my PC and my laptop has this wallpaper that was on my PC and when I went to turn off my sync settings on my PC it says "sync is not available for your account. Contact your system administrator to resolve." I can play with Sync on my Laptop but not my PC and I don't even know if that will fix and reverse the changes.Any Ideas? I don't even want

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
• Are you referring to desktop background image or lock screen image?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the background picture and check if it helps.

• In the search type as ‘Settings’ and click on it.
• Select ‘Personalization’, under ‘Background’ option select as ‘Picture’.
• Under ‘Choose your picture’ select any picture accordingly or you can browse the picture from your computer.

Background cannot be changed

Hi,

To change the background on your Windows 10 Mobile, please follow the steps below:

• Open Settings, and tap on Personalization.
• Tap on Start.
• Tap on the drop-down list under Choose a background.
• Select your preferred background and click apply.
