Hello,I’ve noticed a consistent background flicker issue on my newly built Windows system when toggling Task View Win + Tab, particularly in a split-screen layout. I’d appreciate any insights or troubleshooting steps. Steps to Reproduce: Open any application and snap it to one side of the screen.Leave the remaining area which shows the desktop background visible — i.e., a partial split-screen layout.Press Win + Tab to open Task View.Press Win + Tab again to exit Task View.   Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
