    i'm running windows 10, my background screen is white, when i try changing colors i recieve " background is turned OFF by ease of access settings"could anyone possibly help me cure this problem??

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Settings App, then go to Ease of Access on the left.

    Go to Display in Ease of Access, in the 'Simplify and personalize Windows' section

    Turn on the 'Show desktop background image' option
