Windows 10: Background Slide Show only partially showing

Hi! I have just recently been trying to create a slide show for my desktop background, but only some of the photos will show, and before the certain photos that won't show wont respond to any action with the 'next desktop background' or 'personalize'. After waiting a while usually when I shut the lid and open it back up around 15 mins later only a part of the picture is showing always only showing a part at the top of the screen. I'm not sure if its my computer, or the photo is for some reason over exposed when I shot the photo or something like that. Here is the 1 of the photos I'm trying

Use the following steps:

Navigate to Settings>Personalize>Background

Under background,

In the drop down list select Slide show.

Desktop theme slide show

I would like to inform you that, theme slide show cannot be done on windows 10. However after applying a theme you can create a desktop background slide show.

To create a desktop background slide show follow the steps below:

• 
  Right click on the blank space on Desktop.
  
• 
  From the menu select Personalize.
  
• 
  On the windows, click on the
  background.
  
• 
  From the drop down menu select slide show.
  
• 
  Browse the albums that you want to set as slide show.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.

Windows 10 background slide show redux

So, I read and tried several suggestions for how to get the slide show going to no avail. I am not using a Dropbox folder, I have tired several folder of pictures in my Photographs folder to no avail. I did get a screen saver slide show to work but
I expect that is irrelevant. So folks, is there an unpublished trick to get it to work (workaround)? Is there bug in the software that causes it to not work? I couldn't really tell from the other posts and would really like for the background (wallpaper)
slide show to work. Has anyone gotten it to work?
