Windows 10: Background to internet is black, lots of text is yellow. Why?

So this is confusing to explain. A lot of the backgrounds to pages is now black, a lot of text is now yellow. The youtube play bar is fully black so i can't see where I am in a video. This is actually ANY play bar, for any video on any website. My email is hard to read now, its a very black screen with lots of opaque tinted black. I use google chrome, tried switching to firefox and it is happening there also. Was this a windows update? I don't know whats going on. It started happening after my last computer update. At first I thought it was my google chrome update, but all internet browsers look weird as fuck. I'll include a few pictures to give y'all an idea.

Windows 10 Black Baackground Yellow Text

Thanks for your reply. The fix that you suggested will change the desktop background color but does not change the black screen in the task bars or the window I am currently typing in. All of my programs, email, excel, word are still in black with yellow
or white text. Thanks, but this didn't solve my problem. Al

 

Using Paint to Write Yellon on a Black Background

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it help.

• 
  Open Paint.
  
• 
  Under Home Tab, Click on Fill with color.
  
• 
  Select the black color, and now click on blank page below.
  
• 
  Now the background will be in black color.
  
• 
  Select Brushes under Home tab and select yellow color.
  
• 
  Then you will be able to write word and Figures in yellow color.

Well then, you know why you are "faced with a black background and yellow text."

You need to do any trouble shooting with the OEM support team, they are responsible for support of the pre-installed OS software.
