Windows 10: Backlit keyboard XPS 15

Discus and support Backlit keyboard XPS 15 in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I turned on my laptop for the first time in a while today.     Backlit keyboard XPS 15


    I turned on my laptop for the first time in a while today. When I pressed F10 to adjust the backlight for my keys, it didn't work. Can someone help me? It would be much appreciated.

    The manual for your HP Pavilion 17-cd0526na just states a ghost white backlit keyboard with numeric keypad, there is no mention of being able to change that backlit keyboard . . .
