Please, help.After updating to Windows 11, Backup and Restore Windows 7 is not working anymore; it gives me error code 0x81000037Could Norton antivirus 360 be the cause?I wish I could have a backup and image disk done every week.Thanks in advance.

windows 7 backup error code 0x81000037

I am running windows 10 but because my files were transferred from an old computer running windows 7, I am getting the error code 0x81000037 about Windows 7 Backup.

I can't find anything that is remotely helpful on any of the Microsoft sites. The language is of a highly technical nature and not at all useful to those of us who aren't technogeeks.

I simple answer in simple language is what I require to fix my backup error problem.
