Windows 10: Backup OneDrive to External Hard Drive

I am using Windows 10 with OneDrive. I am also using Seagate ToolKit with a Seagate external drive to back up my computer.I thought Seagate was backing up my files on OneDrive along with my computer. It's not. Specifically, the files in the OneDrive folder are not being reliably and consistently backed up.Toolkit backs up a "OneDrive" folder under MyDocuments but not all the files on OneDrive are being backed up. Plus many of the files it does back up in this folder are not updated on subsequent changes. I would like to have a full and reliable backup of my OneDrive saved on an external har

There is OneDrive link (Explorer) on computer but I did not use it and do not know how it work. It was there when I had purchased computer last year.

I am not trying to backup computer rather two external hard drives.

 

Free hard drive backup/restore program?

I am looking for a free (freeware) program that will back up and restore a hard drive. I'm looking to clone a few external hard drives. If the program will backup the used space instead of the whole drive this will be awesome! Thanks for any suggestions.
