Windows 10: Backup & Recovery Windows 7 fails to recover a single file

Hi folks,This is all for a system at my workplace, so I can't be too specific with details but will try to answer questions if I can.I'm running Backup & Recover Windows 7 on a Windows 10 PC. I have the Windows Backup backing up three folders that house relevant data files for an application running on the system. When testing the backup and restore functionality, everything appears to restore just fine with the exception of a single .mdb file. This file contains all the login information for the application on the system and without it users will not be able to log in. Is there a reason

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
