    I guess my question is when wanting to back up when it was only the primary user what am I wanting to check off for backup as needed or or what do I need to do for previous backup

    Sorry no answer, my started working after deleting the old back, then starting it again under Windows 8.1 on the phone, worked on Lumia 630

    Windows 7 uses Control Panel --> Personalization --> you can save a Theme, which I believe will save what you want.
    I hope your Windows 10 has something similiar, 'cause I've never used W10.
