    Backup solutions for Windows 10 and Windows 11


    My question: is "Backup and Restore Windows 7" supported by Microsoft for use in Windows 11? I use Windows 10 Pro on multiple systems. Some of my systems are upgradable to Windows 11 and some are not. Upgrading to Windows 11 is likely inevitable for me, but I'm not rushing in. One of the subjects I've been researching is Backup. I'd like to find a clear and official answer from Microsoft regarding backup in Windows 11 before proceeding with an upgrade.I make extensive use of "Backup and Restore Windows 7" with all of my systems, file backup and image creation. I've followed Microsof

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    its already there. there is a hard set factory image from samsung. problem is it takes a long time to get that backup into the drive again and destroys the C drive data.
