Windows 10: BackupManager in File Explorer

Hello, Many of the Folders and Subfolders in File Explorer have something called "BackupFiles" but I have been unable to get it to execute and repopulate the Folder. I'm not sure where this Backup Manager came from. I don't ast have any programs that claim to provide File Backup still installed. I may have had something in the past but I believe that have all been removed. Any idea how I can get this program to execute? I have included a ScreenShot Below showing the program.

To assist you with your concern, we suggest you pin the File Explorer from the Start Menu by following these steps:

• Click the Start Menu.
• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Were there any changes on your PC before this happened like software or updates installed?

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
