Windows 10: Backward typing and uncontrollable scroll issue on Windows 10 x64.

I have been having problems with all my computers since the last Windows system update. I have two computers, a desktop and a laptop. In the desktop, the keyboard went insane. It typed double letters and the cursos flickered constantly. It is currently being formatted but there is no guarantee it is fixed. With the laptop, it started writing backwards and locking the scroll at the top of the page. If I try to scroll down, it jumps back up.


I have been searching the web for answers for weeks and tried all of the following with no improvements at all:

1. changed mouse and keyboards (new ones in both cases)

2. clean boot.

3. restore.

4. removing devices (keyboard and mouse) and reinstalling drivers on reboot.

5. full malware, adware and virus scans with just about every software available.


I suspect this is a Windows 10 issue because it started on both computers at once and continues to this day. Can someone please tell me how to solve this? All my devices are cable and I have never used wireless devices. Reinstalling or restarting the computers works for a while, but then the problem starts again and sometimes sticks for hours.


I do not want to do a system restore to the previous Windows because this issue should be addressed correctly and solved. Thousands of people have the same problem and others are randomly suggesting steps that are not working.


If you know the cause of this problem, please help me.

Computer will suddenly type any words entered backwards, screen will not scroll down (only flicker and jump), an icon selected on desktop will only display the icon listed at top of desktop, no matter which icon I select.

 

HP started typing backwards, won't scroll


.My HP Envy 15 started slowly acting odd and only typing totally backwards (weird) sometimes, then a lot. I figured it was directly related to an auto update that I never asked for. There were a few other things that I noticed that changed too, my laptop gradually started running slower and my fan was starting often when I would turn my laptop on.
I have been using a 10 upgrade since last year with no problems on my desktop computer and I updated my laptop from 7 PRO to 10 and started using it on this laptop this year with no problems.
What I didn't do was set a recover date. When my laptop was acting to weird for me I set it to go back to early April when I was not having issues. It was the earliest date it offered me, but it seemed to only add to my problems. I have had a number of issues with the right button on the touchpad, yet when I go to upgrade Synaptics, it tells me I have the latest available. Although it is not what I was using before the auto update. It would scroll backwards, and now I have no scrolling at all.
I do not want to keep trying to fix these issues myself when I am only guessing and I seem to be making things worse.
I REALLY look forward to any suggestions you could offer me.
