  1. Bad font rendering inside browsers

Hi all, today I received the fateful 24H2 update and, from that moment, font rendering inside all browser tried with Edge, Chrome and Firefox for some sites is really bad, to the limit of unreadability.Does anyone have the same issue? Is there a known solution? Also updated graphics drivers and KB5046740 but nothing has changed

    :)

  2. Font rendering with Edge browser

I'm trying to use Edge as my browser on W10 but the font rendering is far inferior to Chrome, is there a fix available?

  3. ALL browsers fail to render [some] pages correctly: tried all Windows browsers

Its a typical OS release anymore. One could argue that you shouldn't have installed it as your primary OS so soon just the same as suggesting it shouldn't have been released yet.

All the same, updates on their own will cause problems as well so there's not really any getting around it in reality.

But, jumping on it so soon leaves extra possible issues to deal with.

On the opening post topic. If the browsers render pages incorrectly then try disabling hardware acceleration in them. If that doesn't work then its the browsers that should probably fix it anyway. What happens in them is normally theirs to fix.

eg in Firefox you can go to about:config search font and it will list fonts that can be changed. Or go to settings and font and colors. That is the browser. It is inside it.

    Font rendering with Edge browser

Are you referring to the default font if the web page doesn't specify one?

If so, then yeah... this is a typical feature request. So, I'd recommend that you use the Edge "Send Feedback" tool to add your voice/vote for this feature.
