Windows 10: Bad Image 0xc000012f

I installed an application and every time it launces I get this error. I've reinstalled the application but the error is stuck on my screen until I force quit the application. The application runs fine with no issues its just this error is stuck on my screen.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvspcap.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. error status 0xc000012f

The error code 0xc000012f with the message "Bad Image" appears when the image file that is being used is not in the right format.

• Which build of Windows 10 are you using? To know about it, hit
  Start, type Winver and then press
  Enter. You could also press Windows Key + R, type
  Winver into the
  Run dialog and press Enter.
• Have you checked if there's any pending system update that needs to be installed on your computer?
• Can you tell us what troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

Furthermore, we suggest that you perform a
clean boot to your computer to enhance its performance. Clean boot temporarily disables all third party applications as well as all Microsoft non-essential services so only basic drivers will run. This will help us

Keep getting bad image 0xc000012f popup

After a recent Spotify update, I can no longer access the software on my windows 10 computer.

the popup error message says :

- WerFault.exe - bad image

- C:\\Windows\SYSTEM32\sfc.dll does not run on windows or contains an error

- error code: 0xc000012f

As far as I found, only Spotify has this problem on my computer.

Bad Image 0xc000012f Error

• I tried both the SFC and the clean boot. For the SFC step I could not get the first step in preparing for SFC to work. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth This would not work for me you can see the attached
  screenshot.
• For the cleanboot step, i was able to disable everything but Microsoft services and still had the same problem when trying to play the origin video games. So i tried to disable some of the Microsoft services
  as described in the steps but my computer was behaving very erratic with many things dis-appearing.
• Can we try remote help? Or can you call me?
