Recently ive been having some programs stop working.

IE: Battle.net.exe - Bad Image

C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msdmo.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status
0xc0000020

I have attempted to revert to a previous save, it failed. I attempted to reset to factory settings, it failed. Usually stopping before 40%, then stopping and not deleting or reinstalling anything. It will no longer install Windows updates.

I am running Windows 10 online upgrade.

How do i fix this?

I just recently updated and installed some new drivers off the dell website, and ever since doing so certain programs bring up an "Bad Image Error Status 0xc0000020". I've tried uninstalling the programs and re-downloading them but the error continues to
pop up. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks.

Recently i have not been able to open apps. Whenever i try to open some, for example spotify or onedrive, an error comes up saying "Bad image-C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\pdh.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the
program again using the original installation media...Error status 0xc0000020."

I've tried reinstalling the apps and restarting my computer but nothing works. I've tried troubleshooting but a different error (0x800700C1) shows up saying it can't continue.
